From where can someone find such videos generally
I dont know bro... I just randomly uploaded these videos when I was in college..
Looks like a cold, dank, prison camp. I get that it's a bid deal architecturally, but it's so depressing and desolate.
I love the idea of a missing building altogether. Reminds me of my favourite book, Tristram Shandy
stil watching these almost 2 decades later for their therapeutic effect. It recallibrates my mood. Not just the content, but also the even, balanced, sophisticated yet not pretentious narrative and voice. Maybe a bit like Bauhaus haha
So where are the other 4 videos?
tomarr moyyurr kemon shomakaame? aami bujhi naa
Poor Dominicans. La Tourette looks like something between a multi storey car park and a decaying WW2 bunker. And the narrator sounds like a sadistic nurse in a mental hospital
EUnet4DBP revoked no entry permitted to barhaus
What name and exactly address of store?
I dont know the name... But I can give you the location. It is in Songjiang, Shanghai.
11:46 Wealth not from the colonies? the Catalan bourgeoisie at the beginning of the century was not a bourgeoisie with properties in the colonies, (colonies that had ceased to be Spanish colonies more than half a century ago at that point) but because of the new industries that were installed in Catalonia and the Basque Country...
My last name is FOYE
One of the best visual documentary of Gaudi, no artificial music, focus on details and time to enjoy them, congratulations!

The worst design I have ever seen in my life
why are you saying Gary so weird, I don't think Frank Gehry even says it like that.
"To hell with historic; I will just have to blow it up".
Love this series...it's what gave me my appreciation of Caravaggio and, in fact, increased my appreciation for Rembrandt as well. (The only thing it couldn't do, however, was give me much of any appreciation at all for Rothko... Sorry but even after that one his stuff is still where I draw the line, ha ha) Although I will say Schama is now even beginning to do the impossible on another front: helping me begin to appreciate Shakespeare, with the "new" (to me) series on that... Huh. it only took me 31 years of my life. But anyway this is the best Rembrandt Doc I've ever seen. And everytime Schama says "...doing VERY WELL, thank you..." I get shivers 😝
If you also add some technical information like overall site area and building foot print etc it becomes even more useful for architects and allied professionals who deal with residential construction
You are right.. When I make videos purposefully, I will do all these.. This video was just a collection of my experience.
The marble slabs inlayed with linoleum sent me 🤣 I really appreciate how flexible this guy was with his aesthetics.
It was not built by the architect, it was designed by him!
Enjoyed. this is best view.
Glad you enjoyed it

11:17, transparently and hilariously poor thinking. If only there were a way of perpetually securing more capital than you currently need so that you don't have to perpetually divide and subdivide. 13:41, a void this large with no trees or any type of greenery is hell.
The video explained the need for the TGV central tunnel to contain the effect of the fast trains's shock waves. And yet in the end it appears as if this tunnel was built as an open cage. So: The shock waves were just ignored? Not really an issue after all? Any explanation for this?
The grt evergreen legend real evergreen superstar Dr.Rajini sir
A true masterwork. My wife and I had the pleasure of staying overnight in the building 2 months ago. It’s wonderfully articulated, human in scale, and warm in character.
Very informative ❤
This entire series is worth buying…I’m glad I did ❤
Interesting, but I dont like how he takes himself so seriously. I bet he tosses his little pizza thinking about claustrophobic hallways because they have so many “layers of meaning”
I don't like this building...
nevermind, it is not that bad after all... lol. I don't dislike it... The architect did a good job, even if the building is not a good job imo
What’s it with Freak Scary and Curvy lady artsytects these days. Little do people know, judging from the dopey comments here, the original of the first Deconstruction rooftop extension project of Coop Himmelblau Austrian Architects. Look at their sketches for the source images. For me, it’s Bucky Fuller and Norman Foster for my next house.
What a junkyard pile for a view
I find his work here to be appalling. It is ugly, stark, and teaches only in the overthinking mind of an architect.
Are there more videos that go into this kind of detail about the Paris Opera House?
